Joe Rinartz wins the Double - O Feature.

On Friday, gates open at 8:30 a.m. with qualifying at 2:00 p.m. Oktoberfest racing will get underway at 5:00 pm. Tomorrow night's highlight will be the Dick Trickle "99" for the Super Late Models.

10:20 PM Update

Steve Carlson won the La Crosse Late Model 40-lap feature with Emily Sue Steck in second and Shawn Pfaff in third. Kevin Nuttleman was fourth with Thor Anderson in fifth.

9:45 PM Update

Dennis Prunty wins the "Futures" race with Nick Panitzke in second and Becca Kasten in third.

9:05 PM Update

Dan Gilster holds off Jes Tenner to win the La Crosse Sportsmen feature. Jes Tenner wins the La Crosse Sportsmen championship.

8:45 PM Update

Steve Dwyer won the Hornet/Bandit Feature. He claims the Bandit win as well. Heath Weissenberger took home the Hornet honors after finishing third in the feature.

Brett Wenzel takes home the R.A.Y.S. Oktoberfest feature win.

Qualifying has ended for today with Jes Tenner tying the track record in the La Crosse Sportsmen division with a time of 21.701 seconds. Jason Dummer was the fastest in the R.A.Y.S. division with a time of 14.833 seconds. Racing gets underway at 6 p.m.


4:45 PM Update

Good afteroon from the 40th Annual Oktoberfest Race Weekend. Qualifying is currently underway for tonight's racing. So far in qualifying, Steve Carlson set the fast time in the La Crosse Late Model division with a time of 20.229 seconds. Then Mike Carlson came out and set the fast time in the "Futures" division with a time of 19.293 seconds.
