Chris Weinkauf wins the third segment and wins the overall Dick Trickle "99" with 17 points. Eddie Hoffman finished fourth and also got 17 points, and will get second place. Boris Jurkovic was third with 21 points. Jason Weinkauf was fourth with 25 points and Skylar Holzhausen was fifth with 28 points.

WOW!!!! What a finish to the C-feature. Don "Thunder" Turner beats Dean LaPointe by a bumper to win it.

Todd Lockington wins the first Area Sportsmen qualifier with Chris Ehrhart in second and Rob Mason in third.

Matt Inglett wins the second Area Sportsmen qualifier Chad Wehling was second and Jamie Dummer was third.

Top three in each will go to the Area Sportsmen feature.

Thanks to Richard Elander who will give $500 to the Dick Trickle "99" winner AND the Area Sportsmen feature winner will get an additional $1,000!!!!

Tim Schendel won the first Dick Trickle "99" last chance with Boris Jurkovic in second.

Jason Weinkauf wins the second last chance with Joel Theissen holding off Griffin McGrath for second.

Mark Lamoreaux wins the third last chance race with Jacob Goede in second.

Those six drivers will advance to the Dick Trickle "99" later tonight. David Prunty gets one provisional as the "Futures" winner from last night and Dan Fredrickson will get the other provisional.

Colin Reffner sets a new track record in Super Sportsmen qualifying with a time of 20.952 seconds. 21 cars qualified.

Racing starts at 5:00 p.m.

Rick Schermerhorn was the fastest in Area Sportsmen qualifying with a time of 21.903 seconds. 37 cars qualified.

3:05 PM Update

Chris Weinkauf was the fastest of 55 cars to qualify for tonight's Dick Trickle "99" with a time of 19.090 seconds. Area Sportsmen qualifying is up next.

Good Afternoon from a sunny but cool La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway. Practice is going on right now for all divisions.

There is one news item to pass along, a few minutes ago Johnny Sauter was involved in a wreck in turns one and two along with Bobby Williams and Blake Horstman. It appears that Sauter got the worse of the damage. The car is back in his pits and it is appearing that his crew is working on it.

Qualifying is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. Pet costume parade at 2:15 p.m. Racing at 5:00 p.m. On tap tonight...Dick Trickle "99", Super Sportsmen and Area Sportsmen.
